RECOMMENDED USE: Supports joint health and provides relief of joint pain. A factor in the building of healthy cartilage and helps in the formation of connective tissues.

INGREDIENTS PER 1 CAPSULE:
D-Glucosamine sulphate (Shellfish Exoskeletons)…………………………………………….500 mg
Chondroitin sulphate (Bovine Cartilage)………………………………………………………….400 mg

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell), Magnesium stearate.

RECOMMENDED SERVING: Adults: Take 1 capsule three times per day with food.

DURATION OF USE: Use for a minimum of 2 months to see beneficial effects.

CAUTIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have asthma or if you experience gastrointestinal pain or bowel movement disturbances.
